5. Cancellation and ReschedulingYou may cancel or reschedule tutoring sessions with reasonable notice. TutorTrail reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for sessions canceled without sufficient notice.

6. Limitation of LiabilityTutorTrail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
